Our Energy Conservation Services (ECS) program can help!
The Energy Conservation Services program is a comprehensive program which entails the following:

1. ENERGY AUDIT

• *INSPECTION & TESTING: We will perform a door blower test, and a thorough TOP TO BOTTOM inspection of your home to determine the energy inefficiencies in your home.
• FINDINGS REPORT: We will provide a report of the findings from the test and inspection.
• RECOMMENDATIONS: We will assess the findings and provide recommendations to repair/improve the inefficiencies.
• COSTS: We will provide you with the costs to repair/improve the inefficiencies.
  

2. TYPICAL RECOMMENDED REPAIRS AND IMPROVEMENTS

• Attic Ventilation repairs/upgrades.
• Attic Insulation
• Equipment repairs/upgrades.
• Weather-stripping on doors and windows.
• Caulking around doors and windows.
• Water heater tank insulation (if applicable).
• Water pipe insulation (if applicable).
• Seal electrical and plumbing bypasses.
• Attic insulation
• Outlet and switch plate gaskets.
• Sealing of plumbing bypasses.
• Sealing HVAC duct system.
